Not A Mediocre I Think

Being mediocre
Some people will say
"What's so wrong about it?"
"I still can be happy"

At that rate
The dream will be limited
Or no dream at all

You will live for yourself today
Never planning the future
Never stepping forward to the definition
Of yourself

Being a median
It's just okay, i think
Nothing wrong
But, that makes everyone
Not to introspect themselves

But, a mediocrity
Is like a spider web
Cannot free from it
It is a number one killer
Of our potency

So, now on...
Being a mediocre is not okay
It's suckz i think...

God hates it
Your wife hates it
Your children hate it
Your friends hate it
Everyone hate
When you have the sickness...

Never do something that just okay...
Do it at the top rate
willingly to give the best
And believe it
You will get the true happiness

Stranded Cloud of My Country

At that straight long alley
I saw at the left of my side
Saw the blue sky with
Stranded cloud

One glimpse at the flag of Indonesia
Red and White together
Made me realize of my dream
She needs me

Between the reality and the fake
Array of the city's trees
And the flying swallows
As like always

How much i love this country?
If to admit it is a burden
And it is likely to lie

To you, i said
Love her, she needs you
Until now the sound still calling

Unto the heroes
To build the country
Not for their own benefit

Why are they always
Take what my country suppose to had
For their stomach
Doesn't that much makes you satisfy

Enough, satisfy yourself with
What you supposed to have
With your own dignity

And definitely you will
Have peace in your own life
Have life of full potential
And become heroes of the nation

Pelangi itu serasa sedang menjauh
Membuat hidupku serasa kelabu
Berapa banyak kata yang kuungkapkan
Tidak pernah membuatku menjadi hidup

Kasih indah dari dirimu
Kekuatan cinta dari sebuah asa
Dan keagungannya telah membunuhku

Ku tak lagi bisa berpikir
Ku hanya bisa tertegun
Hampa...
Hening...

Suara burung pipit membangunkanku
Dan aku sedang berada di lembah biru
Airnya mengalir di tengah

Tempatnya di sana
Dan aku akan berlari mengejarnya
Mengerjakan tiap langkahku

Semak menggores
Batu menimbulkan lebam
Dan tiap luka yang aku alami membuat aku
Menjadi makin kuat

Aku akan mengejarmu
Merapikan diriku dan semangatku
Tidak lagi mempedulikan keadaanku
Dan berkata,
"Tunggu aku di sana!"

Melarikan diri

Kebanyakan orang ingin terbang
Menghilang, menghindar...
Sebanding dengan penderitaannya
Makin banyak ia akan meracau

Disana dan disini dia berkata,
"Aku hendak pergi ke negeri seberang"
Mengharapkan cinta yang lain
Dan menciptakan hidup yang indah

Meninggalkan perubahan diri
Ia mencari cinta yang terhilang
Angan-angan akan bayangan senja
Hanya dapat dibayangkan

Tapi benarkah dia hanya sedemikian?
Aku akan memanggilnya bodoh saja
Karena memang kebodohan yang dia lakukan
Bodoh, bodoh, bodoh

Mereka... Entah titik manakah yang hendak dirubah
Atau tidak karuan mencari-cari
Menyatakan bahwa kebahagiaan
Hendak didapatkan dengan segala cara

Enak saja dirinya
Hendak menentukan kemana saja
Apakah dirinya tidak tahu
Kucing saja tahu ada yang memeliharanya

Mengapa dia merasa takut?
Aku juga heran...
Menurutku hanya orang yang tidak percaya saja
Yang menjadi hilang semangat

Bahkan hilang kepercayaan terhadap dirinya juga
Benarkah? Tidak kuatkah?
Ah masa'?

Bad Dream

I know how conceit i am

As a little butterfly has a pair of wings

The sweet candy
